In honor of Easter coming up this weekend I chose this picture for wordless Wednesday. As soon as I looked at the picture I immediately thought of being a little girl and getting to wear a frilly dress while searching the yard for colored eggs. I hope everyone has an amazing Easter weekend!

The weather outside today is perfect for reading. The sun is out, its actually warm and there is a light breeze. But alas since it rained this morning the grass is all wet and muddy, which means no reading outside today for me... However the wet grass cannot stop me from reading in an open window :).

I feel this way every time I open a book. Most people, who do not spend all of their free time in the presence of books, are unaware of how magical every book can be. Books have the power to send you back in time or to a far away land. They are capable of letting you experience things that could never happen in real life.
