I feel this way every time I open a book. Most people, who do not spend all of their free time in the presence of books, are unaware of how magical every book can be. Books have the power to send you back in time or to a far away land. They are capable of letting you experience things that could never happen in real life.
So go and open a book, you may be surprised at what you may find...

I agree completely. I love to get myself so lost in a story that it feels like I'm there with the characters.
I become so emotionally attached to at least one character in every book that I don't want the story to end.

On a side note, if you're looking for a good book about knitters (other than Knitting Under the Influence which I posted the review for you BTW) you should read Crazy Aunt Purl's Drunk, Divorced and Covered in Cat Hair. It had me laughing most of the way through. And the patterns in the back are a definite plus!!!
